The Nicholas Edward Alahverdian Trust benefits communities, nonprofit organizations, and local governments with its vast network of resources and contacts. Staffed by attorneys, lobbyists, consultants, and industry experts, we help your organization achieve optimal performance and efficiency. The Trust also serves as a philanthropic and holding entity, protecting the assets and interests of Mr. Alahverdian.
Our organization is based upon the values and principles of a pioneer in crafting dynamic legislation and quickly gaining bipartisan support for issues that affect all Americans: healthcare, education, and government spending. Mr. Alahverdian has been involved in either state or federal government as an employee or lobbyist since 2002.
At the age of 14, he became the youngest lobbyist in the history of the State of Rhode Island. He then left his job in the House of Representatives as a legislative aide to advocate for better treatment of youth in the foster care system of the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families.
He was then sent out of state, to Nebraska and Florida, where he was allowed to contact no one. Both placements were shut down by their own states for serious abuse and neglect. He returned to Rhode Island shortly before his 18th birthday.
It is by the that very principle – service over self – that The Nicholas Alahverdian Trust will assist in the optimization of your organization. We know what goes on in backroom meetings. We know how to make the political system work for the betterment of all of the people. We know the ethical missteps and roots of cost overruns in social service systems. We know how to fix the problems and expose them like no one else can.
“Perhaps we cannot prevent this world from being a world in which children are tortured. But we can reduce the number of tortured children. And if you dont help us, who else in the world can help us do this?” –Albert Camus
